This extension was always going to be tricky with the only access through the house to the back garden, even the digger.

Finding a public sewer also didn't help as waiting for build over permission took 5 weeks but we started with an RC beam to bridge over the pipes, from there we had a block ground floor and timber frame to the top to reduce the weight of the build over the sewer.
